Entercard
Entercard wanted to examine how other banks and financial institutions structured information and flows in their mobile apps. This was done using the demo versions of mobile apps, from acquaintances' bank apps, images from app stores, and from the banks' websites. I compiled this information into flowcharts to visualize the different flows, as well as into a table detailing the existing features of the bank apps. Subsequently, I organized the material in FigJam and supplemented it with images from the bank apps.

Purpose
To analyze user experience
By creating flowcharts for 15 different bank and financial institutions personas apps, I analyze the user experience throughout the app's user journey. This helped me to understand how different apps handle navigation, interactions, and flow.
To identify best practices
By comparing flowcharts for different apps, I can identified the best practices and patterns used within the industry. This provides insights into what works well and what can be improved in our own design.
For inspiration
Reviewing flowcharts for other apps inspire and give me new ideas for our own design and features. It helped us think outside the box and explore different possibilities for improving your own app.

I meticulously organized the features and observations into a comprehensive table, facilitating analysis and comparison.

Moreover, I meticulously documented the flow of each application, meticulously capturing the user journey and interactions to gain a deep understanding of the user experience.

To enrich my research, I also leveraged apps used by friends or contacts, gathering valuable insights and perspectives from real-world usage.

Additionally, I conducted thorough searches on app stores, websites, and demo versions of various apps, ensuring a comprehensive exploration of available options.

Throughout this process, I carefully saved the apps that appeared relevant for benchmarking purposes, ensuring a robust basis for comparison and evaluation.
Results
I meticulously created 15 flowcharts, each depicting the user journey and interaction paths of various apps, providing a comprehensive overview of their functionalities.
Furthermore, I conducted a detailed comparison of features among these apps, assigning scores to each based on their performance and usability.
In addition to the flowcharts and feature comparisons, I compiled images of all the apps, facilitating visual analysis and reference.
Using the gathered data and insights, I offered valuable recommendations for enhancing our app, identifying areas for improvement based on the thorough analysis conducted. These insights aim to refine the user experience and optimize our app's functionality to better meet the needs of our users.
